hola! tengo un contolador hercules universal dj desde hace unos meses y hace unos días empecé a tener problemas con la salida de audio. el sonido sale por uno solo de los parlantes. ya probé con las configuraciones y distintos cables, reestablecí las configuraciones de fábrica y nada me sirvió.
tengo windows 10
uso el dj uced versión 5.3.6
laptop marca asus
dispositivo desktop-58mn2rd
procesador intel(r) core(tm) i7-8550u cpu @ 1.80ghz 1.99 ghz
sistema operativo de 64 bits

Please precise
- your speaker brand & model
- which master audio output you use, the dual RCA or the 3.5mm stereo
- if you have tested in pluging headphones in the 3.5mm stereo output to check if it plays sound in both earphones.
And confirm if Djuced audio audio settings is like this:
Audio device: UniversalDJ ASIO (ASIO)
Master: Outputs 1&2
Headphones: Outputs 3&4
