test Hello,

I am not a Linux user so I have asked a colleague to do the test:DJ Console Rmx is well detected in Ubuntu 16.04 on his PC.
If the blue lights flash endlessly, it means the controller boot does not work on your computer, so I suggest you connect the Rmx to the PC via a USB hub which comes with a power adapter.

On Ubuntu 16.04 DJ Console Rmx is seen as a multichannel sound card:

And when you ask a test of the USB, the computer sees it as HID (here, the test on a Dell Optiplex)
test@test-OptiPlex-7010:~$ dmesg |tail

Hello,

I suggest you place a USB hub powered by a power adapter between your computer and the DJ Console Rmx unit.
