Hercules DJ Mix Room is a community website, for discussions among users.
For technical questions/issues, please complete your profile in My Space > My Profile
You must at least complete 3 fields:
- Hercules equipment in use: check DJ controller name(s),
- Software in use: check DJ software name(s),
- Describe your equipment, write
- computer brand and model, CPU, RAM, as Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ Core i5-1135G7 2.4 GHz, 8 GB RAM
- version of Windows or macOS as Windows 11 22H2
- version of DJConsole Series driver package (as 2022_HDJS_1)
- USB : as USB type A, or USB-C, or USB Hub (as D-Link DUB-H7 USB hub+power)
- DJ software version as Djuced 5.3.5
Then write your message with:
- Title = summary, as "DJC Inpulse 200: connect to speakers in XLR"
- Message: describe the technical question/issue with as many details as possible
- When you talk of headphones or speakers, write their brand and model
- If you report a bug/crash, write what you did before the bug, describe its symptoms (display freeze, sound stop, LEDs off, control off....), the error message if any, what you do after the crash (reboot, unplug the USB, restart DJ app...).
Please
- never double post (post twice): wait 3 days before upping a message, keep it the same discussion,
- never write in capital letters/large font: maintenance bots ban such accounts for shouting.
