hello guys,
i have been given by a friend a hercules rmx in good shape but unable to work.
the device probably got stuck during a firmware update and is unable now to show up correctly in windows.
i tried to upgrade its firmware following the guide, and finally decided to go the manual way following this guide
it gets stuck when it needs to flash the audio firmware. unfortunately, with the firmware update unfinished it does not work (not even as a controller only).
here is the error i get:
error updating controller part: 0x0000040b (fail unable to lock asio device) error updating audio part: 0x00400018 (unable to lock asio device (tusb update)) dj console rmx 6&2855fea4&0&0000 fw controller: 4 psoc fw audio: 32 full
how could this be solved? is there any tech support at hercules i could try contact for an answer?

Hi, I think I have the same problem... recently I downloaded a new driver from the Hercules-site. I hope this will resolve my problem.

I have the same problem. I think. I'm using a windows. I used the new drivers. But my lights keep flashing. Checked in device manager and everything is good. I don't know what to do. Someone got the answer?
