hi all
looking for a bit of advice/help.
recently bought a hercules rmx - downloaded the drivers from: http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=17&fid=62&pid=215&cid=1
but the control panel icon at the bottom left of the screen has a red x through it and i cant access it to change any options.
i think i need to set it to asio so it runs properly with cross dj.
any help would be very appreciated.

Was the Rmx bought second hand or is this a new unit ?
In the first case, can you confirm with the previous owner that it was still working properly ?
Please first verify if the Rmx is correctly installed and enumarated by the computer as indicated in the following document:

This is what I've got:
Just uninstalled & reinstalled Hercules drivers.
In device manager it's showing as follows:
And in control panel it's showing:
But in Cross I'm only getting this:
I'm missing the DJ Console RMX Bulk & DJ Console RMX MIDI & still no acces to the Hercules control Panel
Seems like everything is working via Hercules except the headphones.........any ideas?
