i have an hercules contol e2 with a creative sound blaster external audio card.
i would like to connect an iphone into the audio card and use it as as a multi pad with samples and sounds from an application.
is this possible? if yes, how?

It really depends exactly what you want to do.
If you simply use the phone as another sound source, all you would need to do would be to connect the audio output of the phone to the Line In of the Soundblaster. Then, make sure it is not muted in the audio properties of the soundcard, and normally the sound from the phone should be sent to your speakers, at the same time as the mix from your DJ software.
If however you want to use the phone as an effect unit (to affect your entire mix), then it gets a little more complicated. In order to do this, you'll need an audio interface to get the audio signal in and out of the iPhone. There are many choices available, but be aware that most only provide a mono input.
One done, simply connect the main output of the Soundblaster to the input of the iphone interface, and your speakers to the output of the iphone interface.
