problem with headphones on ipad

hi, 

i have a dj control air [for ipad]

im having a problem with the headphones on the ipad, they do not work.
on our surface pro everything works fine, with the windows app, but on the ipad with the djuced app i cannot get the headphones to work.

i have looked at the instruction videos but to no avail.

e.g.: i load deck a&b, mute deck b, put b on cue with the front cue button, play deck b and no sound is sent to the headphones.

we have our own stand alone speakers, so there is no pc, just the setup as presented on the box and manuals.

am i missing something? we want to use it with the ipad and not with the surface.

any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi. Are your headphones connected to the iPad or to the DJ Control Air?
I think they must be plugeed on the front of the Air.

Also make sure the audio configuration is DJUCED app is as follow:

I am having the same problem with the Hercules Instinct on my iPad 2. I have the same settings shown in that screenshot and I am getting nothing from the headphones.

Same problem over here. Ipad2 Ios 8.1.3, and recent firmware on DJ control V1.0.0.23

Plz help, no sound onheadphones when i follow the instructions in th ehelp section
