connected dj instinct controller lights come on can load tracks and play on screen but when using controller nothing happens . press load track a on controller nothing happens ?

When meeting a technical problem, you should DETAIL your technical problem.
Please describe:
- your computer (operating system version, computer brand and CPU)
- your version of your DJ software Djuced 18
- your version of your DJControl Instinct drivers.
