i have two laptops. system 1. is a lenove 3000 c200 with xp pro (sp3) and the other is an hpdv6000 with vista (sp1). i use them interchangably. both have been working with the version two drivers, but my lenovo would crash when i unplugged the dj console. so, when i saw that there was a new version released on 10-01-2008 i installed it. or i tried to. i doesnt install and tells me it cant install and now it doesnt work at all. so i tried installing the new driver on my hp it also said it coulnt install the driver, but after a couple of times unplugging it, it works now.
anyone have any similar story?
i have a dj console, not mk1, 2 or anything.

Did you uninstall the previous drivers first , or your just ran the new package?
What happen exactly during the process ?
As for the DJ console you own:
- The original DJ Console, is also known as MK1, is black with a green logo on top
- The second generation, MK2, is gray.
