 Hola , buenos dias.
Ya llevo unos meses con la hercules dj inpulse 500 y de un dia para otro me dejo de funcionar la pre escucha.
No creo que sea nada de software , ya que he desisntalado e instalado todo de nuevo y con la mesa tengo dudas , ya que cuando doy al botón de pre escucha en el djuced se enciende la pre escucha , pero no se oye.
Si alguien sabe que podría ser que se ponga en contacto con migo.

  • 2 DJ apps: Djuced and Serato DJ Lite: please precise if you have ran the test with the 2 pieces of software,
  • 2 headphones outputs, 1/8" (3.5mm) and 1/4" (6.3mm): please precise if you ran the test in the 2 headphones output

- in "Hercules DJ Equipment in use", please check your DJ controller
- in "Software in use", please check your  DJ software
- in "Describe your equipment" field
  • computer rand and model CPU RAM (as Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon 13ITL5 13,3" Core i5 16 GB RAM)
  • Type of USB port (for example USB 3.0 Type A, USB-C, USB hub powered by a power adapter...)
  • Environment (for example Windows 10 64-bit Version 21H2 build 19044.1526)
  • version of DJ software (for example Djuced 5.3.3)
  • version of DJ driver (for example. 2022_HDJS_1)
and if you use DJ software with an audio settings panel, describe the entire audio settings, since without this information nobody can help you.
