jogvision control panel not loading

i am getting error messages when i am trying to load my hercules control panel.  appears it may have something to do with the skin files.  please suggest a fix.  i have downloaded the driver several times and it keeps happening.

Welcome on the forum.

Please precise
- your complete operating system and its version number (for example macOS 10.15.3, or Windows 10 Home 64-bit version 1903)
- your version of Hercules DJ drivers, which can be downloaded here,
- and the error message complete text (please never paraphrase an error message, but type it exactly ast it is).

If you have an up to date operating system, make sure you:

  1. use a Windows or macOS administrator account (Please do not use a guest account to install drivers)
  2. uninstall the old driver if you are in Windows (Windows > Setting> Applications> DJHERCULESMIX Product Series driver: Uninstall)
  3. install the up to date driver package (DJSeriesInstall 6.08s in macOS / 2019.HDJS.1 in Windows 10).
