hi there! this is now my third hercules product over a 10 year period of mainly professional djing, and im loving my latest purchase (universal dj) . ive loaded in the .tsi file to map to traktor pro 2 (ver 2.11) and everything is working great, except that in cue mode, the twist knob is not set to gain as per both previous hercules purchases. can you please give me a step-by-step on how to rectify this as i have no experience in fiddling around with midi mapping. cheers ty

Thanks Max! The .tsi file has worked a treat; you rock! I know have another problem. The jog wheel sensitivity on Deck A is acting as normal for Cueing, but on Deck B it's responding very slowly. I can't see how to alter indivudual jog srtting on the DJ Uni Control panel; so I'm wondering if you can advise how to fix it in traktor? Cheers!

1) What was the issue on the jog?
2) I had asked you in the message if you accept I transfer your email to Hercules, as they look for the contact of users far from Europe/USA.
