my hercules mk4 cant recognized in my pc..and even the hercules logo dont light up, im using lastest version driver (2015_hdjs_5 ), windows doesnt recognise it but i hear click on my headphones when i plug it in. what should i do?

Is this happening on new PC or did your controller stopped working on a PC where you were already using it ?
Have you tried using:
- A powered USB hub between the computer and the controller ?
- another USB cable or another port ?
