my universal dj console is not powering up or turning on however is connected to power...?
any help would appreciate...

How about if you connect it to a computer's USB port ?
Have you tried another USB cable(s) ?
Did try to reassemble the power supply connector, just to be sure contact is made properly ?
Have you tried every position of the switch on the back to verify if the behavior is always the same?
